Name: Roslyn Williams & Peter Fox

Action to Date:

• Try and avoid takeaways full stop
• Paper bags
• Paper cups
• Drinks in glass bottles only
• Coffee refills
• Source local produce from a local veg box scheme
• Homemade plastic free cakes and treats
• Member of Refill Cornwall
• Composting
• Recycling

Future Action:

• Looking at selling refill cups

“We don’t really shout about being plastic free. We get a lot of alternative people who come here because we’re in the vegan directory. So, I think it just feels normal for them.

“The general public reaction now though is amazing. It’s good. But it’s still too slow. The government isn’t doing enough and the local councils aren’t doing enough. There should be more recycling places for one thing. And we don’t have food waste collections for compostable alternatives”
